工作职责:

1. 根据集团战略发展，定期梳理关键人才引进需求，制定招聘计划； 

2. 负责集团以及各BU战略性中高端岗位的招聘，挖掘，评估，甄选，沟通等工作； 

3. 负责管理和发展高端猎聘渠道，建设和完善公司竞争性人才资源库，规划和制定有效的招聘方案，改善招聘流程，并完成招聘目标；

4. 建立并完善业界目标企业与人才地图，建立人才库并跟踪人才流动；

5. 与人力资源部其他职能岗位积极配合，确保人力资源整体工作目标的完成。

任职资格:

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，海外学习或者工作经验优先；

2. 2年以上互联网行业招聘经验，猎头背景者优先考虑；

3. 熟悉招聘流程，运用各种招聘工具和手段，丰富的招聘经验及技巧，熟悉相关法律法规；

4. 掌握人力资源规划与配置方法、职位分析、人才测评、招聘面试等方面的专业知识和技巧；

5. 优秀的语言表达及沟通能力，亲和力、洞察力和分析判断能力；

6. 思维敏捷，自我驱动，结果导向；

7. 优秀的英语听说读写能力。
