Expectations And Tasks
- Manage various programs and key activities
- Presales, client interview and communication, proposal development, solution development
- Ensure the program framework is established and its activities are successfully executed
- Facilitate the execution of programs by aligning and providing SAP resources, expertise and assistance where required
- Communication and Analytics to program stakeholders in all phases
- Government Relations - workshops with States Authorities; SAP Awareness Transfer to officials and etc.
- Partners - Partner Summit, Partner intelligence, partner-driven campaigns and demand generation events. Overall partner marketing programs owned and driven by Infrastructure partners like IBM, HP and etc

Education And Qualifications/ Skills And Competencies
- Strategic and organized in works
- Independent thought and diligence to 'own' and 'drive' topics
- Able to work resourcefully under constraints
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Superior communication, negotiation and networking competency / Persuasive and assertive
- Highly motivated and disciplined
- Possess good product know how and internal alignment so as to link up effectively his tasks to SAP Field values perceived
- Learning curve should be steep and fast
- Good university degree
- Excellent command in Chinese and English
