Responsibilities
In this role, the shortlisted candidate will be responsible to manage the entire value chain related to Purchase Order Management, AP Issue Resolution & Fulfillment.

 

The shortlisted candidate will have to be responsible to

 

• Project PO follow up and daily PMO project review

• Project PO fulfillment and outage fulfillment

• Week update all PO delivery timeline/forecast/schedule

• Solve the high delay risk PO and ensure full OTD

• Solve the risk/issue of GR/IR process and ensure OTD and On time payment

 

In this role the candidate may have to at time work during global hours in order to connect with other teams working in different time zones. There may also be possibilities for any business travels locally or outside the country.

 

KPI Target:

 

• PO 95% OTD   

• 24 hours on PM site for project feedback and F2F customer meeting

• 24 hours on forced outage feedback and F2F supplier meeting

• Others that customer may require

 

Qualifications Minimum qualifications

• University graduate in any discipline

Preferred qualifications

• Min. 2 years of work experience

• Must have sound knowledge of English – Any knowledge of a foreign language is a bonus

• Preferable to have practical knowledge of any Oracle or SAP module or other ERP

 

Preferred skills:

• Should have a minimum of 2 years of procurement experience especially in the Power, Aviation, Automobile industry

• Should possess a strong personality and have an analytical bent of mind

• Preferable to have a fair knowledge of industrial commodities

• Should possess good interpersonal skills and must be a team player

• Basic understanding of Sourcing & Procurement processes in Manufacturing industry. Experience on handling procurement of direct materials is preferred

Should have basic experience in MS-Office applications like Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook etc.
