Job description:

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex cases from AdExchange Buy Side (AdX).

- Configure Trading location, QPS settings for new RTB Buyers

- Monitoring Static and RTB Campaigns

- Analysing Pre-targeting settings and Remarketing lists

- Creative and LP Quality checks

- Understanding and communicating the most common policy disapproval reasons

- Processing Performance Reports

- Provide guidance and consultative technical expertise to from line General Support.

- Provide two-way communication and collaboration on monthly product release cycles and customer-centric

product development.

Technical Skills: 

Required:

● Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and SQL

● Bachelor’s degree required: B Tech, BCA, BSc comp, BSc IT, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred:

● Data analytics skills, working knowledge of online marketing KPIs.

○ Languages: English

○ Customer facing: Minimum 1years experience working in a client-facing technical service environment, preferably supporting web-based products.
