大连招聘

1、负责所属区域的招聘、员工关系、薪酬、福利、文化培训等职能模块和流程管理工作；

2、与集团HR和事业部HR保持顺畅、紧密的联系，确保各类政策的落地执行；

3、结合当地业务和人员实际情况，为区域内各业务部门提供专业的HR服务与支持；

4、参与全国HR各类项目的实施和推动；

5、管理区域HR团队，完善梯队建设，优化工作流程。

任职要求：

1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，对招聘、组织发展、员工关系、薪酬福利等领域具有丰富的实践经验；

2、知名企业五年以上的HR管理工作经验（互联网企业经验优先）；

3、较强的人际沟通能力、责任感、使命感和抗压能力，优秀的职业操守；

4、英文应用良好。
