工作职责:
1、 负责部门内部支持与协调工作；
2、 对业务支持组的投诉处理进行复核与协助； 
3、 维护业务线定价体系。
4、 其他行政类工作。


任职资格:
1.      大专以上学历；
2.      OTA等行业的经验优先；
3.      具有较强的沟通能力、协调及解决问题的能力，工作细致有团队协助精神，出苦耐劳；
4.      熟悉办公软件的使用，Excel、PowerPoint等；
5.      有财务、结算类经验者优先考虑。
6.      良好的日常英语口语能力及读写能力；
