Distributition business manager is the key role in mass market sales team to drive business growth through distribution channel partners in South China.

Job responsiblity:

1. Achieve company POS/DWIN target;

2. Drive POS/DWIN growth of ROM customers via channel partners;

3. Promote/Sell NXP products in the field;

4. Segment focus in vertical markets;

5. Understand Distributors Strategy for better enablement and alignment with key NXP initiatives; Coach and develop the distributor business resources to be more self sufficient;

6. Conduct and follow up quotation with distributors and customers;

7. Local contact for all NXP BU teams to ensure NXP plans/programs/NPI are consistently executed;

Required:

1. Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering;

2. 5-10 years’ experience in sales management;

3. Extensive knowledge of the electronics components/systems industry;

4. English and Local Language proficiency;

5. Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, with the ability to deliver formal presentations to senior staff
