工作职责:
1，	负责业务部门人员招聘
2，	负责招聘渠道评估，推荐合适的招聘合作渠道及方案
3，	协助上级建立健全公司招聘、培训、绩效考核等人力资源制度建设
4，	员工关系，协调员工与管理层的关系，组织员工参与各项活动

任职资格:
1、本科以上学历，2-3年相关工作经验，1年左右招聘经验
2、熟悉国家相关法律法规，熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程；
3、具备良好的内驱力、抗压性及学习能力；
4、互联网行业经验优先
