工作职责:
1. 处理全产线售后问题，与客服和供应商进行三方沟通，提供解决方案；
2. 处理比较复杂行前、行中问题，找到满足多方利益的解决方案；
3. 支持线路包车等业务的售前咨询；
任职资格:
1. 能有良好的自觉性和工作态度；
2. 有较好的逻辑和沟通能力；
3. 踏实、灵活、细致，能承受一定压力；
4. 有客服中心或者旅游计调经历者优先； 
5. 能够值周末班或夜班（倒班）；
