Job Overview
The candidate will be a member of the NXP Sales Team and will be responsible for supporting the sales leads with new day to day sales activities resulting from the merger between Qualcomm and NXP Semiconductors. The candidate will work in close coordination with cross functional groups including Global Customer Service, Contracts Admin, Finance, Legal, and others to ensure the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction ensuring the best experience possible.
Education Requirements
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Operations, Information Decision Systems, or Business Process Systems.

Minimum Qualifications
? 6+ years of previous business and/or sales support experience
? Proven effective and results oriented problem solving skills
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills
? Proven analytical and program management skills
? Experience working with customer contracts
? Experience with Oracle/SAP, Salesforce, Model N or other similar ERP and CRM systems
? Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products
? Familiarity with the NXP organizational structure and existing internal processes is a plus

Sales planning
? Receive, validate, and route lead referral templates under lead transfer process for non-overlapping accounts during initial period post close (e.g. ~90 day)
Pipeline management
? Manage opportunities in other company's Salesforce.com for account teams in non-overlapping accounts
Customer onboarding, contracts, and compliance
? Coordinate the onboarding of non-overlapping customers to other company (customer setup, NDA and legal documentation, entitlements, samples)
? Assist with commercial contracts in Salesforce.com and
? Support completion of all export compliance reports
? Coordinate with cross company Customer Service teams to support delivery of key materials and information to customers (product kits, dev boards, samples, etc)
Pricing and quoting
? Obtain quotes on parts from other company for account teams in non-overlapping accounts
Forecasting & demand management
? Enter monthly 18 month demand forecast for other company's parts for non-overlapping account teams
? Ensure forecasts for attach, solution and chipset opportunities stay in sync in both companies' systems
Other integration-related support
? Assist account teams with using other company's tools as needed
? Serve as single point of contact to connect QC and NXP salespeople
