SUMMARY: This position will lead a scalable team of customer service and inside sales representatives and have responsibility for supporting the Asia team to improve service quality. In addition, this position will communicate commercial solutions to customers, dispatch and monitor the service jobs, collect service data to prepare the reports, and follow up on service sales opportunities together with field service team.

 Essential Job Functions – Responsibilities

Improve the process of “order to cash” including service offerings, order transaction, system handling, and invoicing
Manage the parts inventory and logistics, ensure that stock is efficient and accurate
Coordinate and track the warranty claims and quality issues including parts returns and statistics
Monitor and ensure the service performance, escalating the issues as necessary
Focus on renewing service contracts, support and drive the service revenue growth
Update the status of sales opportunities, maintain the sales funnel, and ensure the actual revenue/booking and forecast reported correctly.
Prepare reports that measure service performance in the region
Provide various back office support to field service team as needed
Coach team members, properly assign the workload, create initiatives to optimize the productivity
 Education – Experience – Qualifications

Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of sales/customer service experience required
Experience as team leader is strongly preferred
Must be able to read, speak, and write English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to exercise independent judgment to provide appropriate customer solutions
Must be familiar with MS Office products, ERP service module experience is a must
Must have basic commercial sense and business know-how, experience in building sales funnel.
Working knowledge of KPIs tracking and reporting
Must be service-oriented, able to communicate effectively and display a professional and positive demeanor
Must be able to work in a team environment
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with different cultures desired
