职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Handle customer enquiry for spare parts, prepare quotation and follow up until order processing is completed
2. Place orders & liaise with vendors/principals for order fulfilment and shipment arrangement
3. Work & liaise with internal & external logistics service partners, to facilitate customs declaration and for shipment/delivery arrangement
4. Report and escalate the customer’s complaint on time to management to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
5. Provide effective & cost efficient logistics supports for supply chain optimization
6. Prepare regular reports
7. Handle customer complaints
8. Handle PO, SO, AP & AR

Required Experience:
1. 3+ years working experience

Required Skills:
1. Bachelor Degree.
2. Fluent in writing and speaking English.
