岗位要求;
1. 大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业
2. 6年以上SAP ABAP 开发经验， 1年左右管理经验
3. 英语可沟通

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
? Able to lead and coordinate development resources using an onsite and offshore delivery model
? Able to perform code reviews for ABAP development objects and make optimization recommendations.
? Able to evaluate development object complexity and plan development projects
? Able to review technical specification documents to support compliance to standards and leading practices
? Experience programming with ABAP/4, user exits, BAPI's, BADI, IDoc, ALE, EDI, ABAP proxies, Web-Dynpro
? Experience programming with Adobe Document Services, Smart Forms, and SAP Script
? Preferable but not mandatory to have Experience programming with PO/PI, Fiori, HANA Cloud Platform (HCP), and HANA Studio and CDS views
? Maintain and implement technical specifications, technical test plans, and other technical documentation using above SAP tools for custom SAP development objects, such as Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Enhancements.
? Experience in programming in few of the SAP modules covering FI/CO/SD/MM/PP/QM/WM/HSE/HR/MDG
? Proven ability to work on approved scope and drive effective technical solution delivery
? Must be able to understand business functional requirements and how they translate to new application features
? Must collaborate with development team and other staff to set specifications for new applications and functionality
? Solid understanding of SDLC and able to write high-quality code and complete objects and changes on schedule
? Solid understanding of software testing methods and able to perform unit and integration testing and conduct functional and non-functional testing
? Able to evaluate existing applications to update, optimize, and add new features and apply performance tuning techniques
? Troubleshoot and debug applications
? Develop technical documentation to accurately represent application requirements and design
? Maintain integrated SAP development objects to meet business objectives
? Able to maintain good working relationship with onsite customer team
? Able to maintain good working relationship with offshore team.

Job Requirements
? Deep technical understanding of SAP ECC, NetWeaver and
? Exposure to HANA technology preferred
? Possess a thorough understanding of SAP ECC from both a functional and technical perspective
? Knowledge of interface approaches to Success Factors, Ariba, and Concur
? Experience in designing and developing custom applications
? In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools
? Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles
? Ability to work in a team environment
? Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
? Strong organizational and time management skills
? Ability to learn new technologies quickly
? Ability to work independently on projects and collaborate 'face to face' as a team player
? Strong analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills
? Strong presentation, facilitation, and interaction skills, including ability to effectively communicate architectural issues and concepts to multiple organization levels
? Strong oral and written communication skills
? Strong interpersonal skills, interacts well with technical and non-technical team members
