职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责移动互联网新媒体平台（微信、微博、手机终端为主）的日常运营及推广工作，以及各类新媒体线上活动的策划与执行，针对各项目话题、综合性活动策划推广活动方案；
2、负责根据公司项目属性策划网络营销事件，针对事件制定个性化微信微博推广方案、线上及线下活动创意策划方案，组织实施微博、微信的内容发布、粉丝互动、话题制造、活动执行，并对效果负责熟悉互联网软文及博客文章的写作特点，提升公司品牌、产品形象；
3、负责内外部资源整合运用，与各部门协调资源，将线上线下活动策划有效结合。
4、开发和运用其它相关网络媒体、论坛、blog、QQ群交友圈子等推广平台，宣传和推广公司品牌、产品和活动内容；
5、充分了解用户需求，收集用户反馈，分析用户行为及需求；
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、对新媒体敏感度高，有良好的文字功底和编辑素养，有微信运营经验，具有较强的语言组织能力和营销能力，能独立完成项目、广告等推广文案的撰写。
3、热爱社交媒体，有一定的运营经验；精通社区、微博、微信平台等新媒体平台，善用线上线下的互动调动用户参与热情和集聚人气；
4、熟练使用办公软件及简单的图片处理，具备良好的沟通表达、新媒体案例分类、分析能力；
5、对新媒体推广有恒久的信念和热情，积极、自信，开朗、乐观，具有强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作精神；
6、计算机、新闻学、广告学、营销学等相关专业优先。 举报 分享
