职位描述：
Purpose of your role
L3 , the incumbent will be a member of the BAU Support Team with a primary focus on the Messaging & Collaboration infrastructure i.e. Exchange, Active Directory, Lync / Skype for Business.

Essential skills
1..Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken
2..Excellent Exchange 2010 or 2013 ,Active Directory 2003/2008/2012 ,Windows Server 2008 R2 / 2012 R2/2016,,Lync 2010 / 2013 / Skype for Businesstroubleshooting & administration experience
3..Advanced PowerShell scripting for Windows, Exchange and AD administration
4. Experience of Microsoft Cloud technologies including Azure & Office365 and associated infrastructure e.g. AD FS. Migration and operational experience is highly desirable.

Desirable skills： VMWare Virtualisation platform， ITL certified，SQL 2008 R2 and SQL 2012

1. 英语听说读写流畅
2.精通Exchange 2010/2013邮件系统，AD 2003/2008/2012， windows 2008 R2/2012 R2、2016，lync 2010/2013/skype等运维管理
3.精通windows、exchange 和AD管理相关的高级powershell脚本编程
4. 熟悉微软云技术,包括 azure 和 Office365相关的基础架构
