Liferay is looking for a detail-oriented person who is thrilled about helping grow a leading open source software company in China. This position is based in Dalian and the primary role is to provide sales support to our Account Executives. Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Sales Assistant will provide operational support to the sales team. The successful candidate will work with engineer teams to ensure the sales process. The Sales Assistant will develop an intimate knowledge of Liferay’s sales, invoicing, and processes. S/he also keeps pace with changes in sales operations, policies and/or procedures.

Responsibilities:

? Perform ongoing sales support administration
? Assist sales teams with quoting, renewals and order administration
? Monitor and resolve order issues in Salesforce.
? Work with Global Ops to ensure adherence to process & policies
? Assist with clean-up procedures in Salesforce
? Fully understand the Liferay sales operations/processes
? Work on projects as required time to time by GM

Qualifications:
? BA/BS in English or equivalent
? TEM-8 or equivalent
? Excellent communication skills, good at dealing with customers
? Strong English in verbal and written communication
? Demonstrated proficiency in sales administration
? Strong process experience
? Extremely hard working, self-motivated, and detailed oriented
? Ability to work independently and to be willing to be flexible in tackling tasks
Pluses:
? Experience with a CRM tool (e.g. Salesforce)
? Experience with enterprise software lifecycle and subscription management 举报 分享
