Responsibilities:
1. Plans and executes the preventive, predictive, and condition based maintenance of diesel engine and related equipment.
2. Attends to breakdowns, diagnoses faults, and oversees equipment improvements and time-critical repairs.
3. Support spare parts sales and engine unit sales, provide application instructions and solve customer's after sales problem.
4. Manage maintenance, repair and operating supplies.
5. Leads Facilities, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering on problem identification, trouble shooting and equipment issue resolution and repair.
6. Communicate with the necessary functional groups, vendors and customers on any technical related issues. When required, engineers will accompany sales, customer service management employees on vendor and customer visits to provide routine technical support and assessment.
7. Assist in training customers and others related to various technical issues.
Requirements:
1. 3 plus years engine application and maintenance experience required
2. Eighteen months of hands-on maintenance and repair experience in diesel engine, generators or other related mechanical and electrical systems
3. Experience in parts, repair, engine test, engine assembly and disassembly
4. Strong analytical, creative problem solving capabilities, database and Microsoft Office skills.
5. Ability to work effectively independently and in teams.
6. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external groups
7. Fluent English skills in verbal comprehension, speaking, reading and writing
8. Master or Bachelor degree, major in Engine, Thermal Energy and Power，Power Machinery and Engineering or other related majors etc.
