职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1) Implement the routine finished products testing, raw material sampling and testing according to procedures, as well as some additional testing from customer and other departments.
成品检测，原料抽样及检测，以及来自客户和其它部门的额外测试。
2）Record all test results and conduct data input for raw material testing, finished products testing, daily equipment status verification testing, as well as other additional testing.
对成品，原料,设备确认及其它额 外测试进行记录，并在系统中录入检测数据。
3）Maintain a clean and tidy work area, maintain test equipment as directed
保持工作区域干净整洁，按要求维护测试设备。
4）Help to implement Quality System and act as an internal auditor.
协助维护品质体系并有能力担任内审员。
5）Conduct SPC for certain grades as products owner. Report all off spec testing issues honestly.
作为特定几种产品的负责人，对产品做统计过程控制，如实汇报所有偏离测试规范的检测。

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Education:
 College school at least, University graduate is preferred.
大专毕业，本科优先。

Work Experience:
2 years laboratory testing working experience, working in in plastic manufacturing industry is a plus. Excellent fresh University Grades also can be our candidates.
两年相关行业测试经验,尤其是塑胶行业测试检验.极优秀的本科应届毕业生也可考虑.

Licenses & Certifications:
Knowledge of quality system is necessary, such as ISO9001 and TS 16949. Qualified internal auditor for ISO9001 or TS16949 is preferred.
必须有ISO9001或TS16949体系知识, 持有ISO9001或TS16949内审员证书优先考虑.

Critical Competencies/Behaviors:
Good work attitude and high sensitivity for testing data especially off spec data. ISO/IEC 17025 certified Laboratories experience is preferred.
良好的工作态度,对测试数据尤其是超过规格数据敏感.有国家认可实验室工作经验优先考虑。

Skills:
Good command of Microsoft office, familiarity with QC software / data input systems
能熟练使用office 软件, 熟悉品质控制软件及数据输入系统

Languages:
With common English skills in speaking and writing, knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
