职位描述：
1. Support the overall strategic management of the Events section by establishing effective working relationships with colleagues in all departments.
2. Assist DBD to research, produce, gain agreement, implements and monitors the annual Revenue Plan in the room, banquet and events administration segments.
3. Ensure that all revenue related systems are kept up to date with accurate information and all HI & HHC standards are complied fully.
4. Implement and maintain selling procedures in events sales.
5. Monitor, against agreed targets the performance of key meeting accounts in conjunction with sales, reservations; and to participate actively in the ongoing management of key accounts.
6. Develop individual skills and performance to the highest possible level through detailed performance reviews, coaching and training.
7. Maintain effective working relationships with national sales and revenue management functions to add value to the hotel’s commercial performance. 举报 分享
