职位描述：
1 Technical Tasks:
·Project production phase:
The person is responsible for
o Processing of complaints (8D report)
o Solving problems during the series production
o Ongoing technical communication with suppliers
o Validation planning and validation implement in China
o Performance specification and requirement management for DVP&R
o Problem solving on site (OEM, supplier, ZKW light division)
o Commissioning and attendance sample delivery to the customer
o Support in the series production in case of claims or as 2nd level support in line failures
 
·Project development phase:
The person is responsible for
o Evaluation of the electronic system requirements
o Creation of an overall electronic concept according the system requirement as well as creation of the specification (block diagram, product specification)
o Evaluation of the technical offer from the supplier
o Thermal design of cooling systems for LED systems
o LED selection and close discussion with the LED supplier
o Concept development of EE system
o Coordination of customers and suppliers in terms of technical issues
o Support other departments in case of interface clarification related to the electronic system
o Evaluation of the supplier DVP&R (component)
o Support the system engineer during the creation of the DVP&R for the whole system
o Parameter checking for the system
o Integration of the electronic components (definition and execution of the integration tests)
o Verification of the electronic system
o Creation of the residual bus simulation for quality lab, light tunnel and pre-series checks
o Documentation of the EE-components and EE-systems in TeamCenter
                                          
Not included in the described tasks are: solving the problems for HW & SW design; Supplier selection, Supplier qualification and development; Guidance/planning of projects or sub-projects; Detailed simulation or flow simulation; Programming the assembly line
 
2 Functional Qualification:
·Experience in bus systems for automotive industry
·Good programming knowledge
·Basic knowledge in circuit design, simulation and component dimensioning
·Optical, mechanical and electrical basic knowledge
·Knowledge about electronic production technology
·Good knowledge about IPC A610
·Experience in electronic serial quality
·Good English skill ?
 
3 Education:
·University degree [Master or Bachelor] (electronics, electrical engineering or mechatronics)
  
4 Professional Experience:
·3-5 years’experience
·Experience in foreign enterprise
·Experience in manufacturing
·Experience in automotive
·Knowledge in English language: CET-4

o 评估电子系统需求
o 根据系统要求创建总体的电子概念并创建规范（线路框图、产品规范）
o 评估来自供应商的技术报价
o LED系统中冷却系统的散热设计
o LED 选用并与LED供应商进行深入商讨
o 电子系统概念开发
o 就技术问题与客户和供应商协调
o 针对电子元件部分,向其他部门提供相应的技术支持
o 评估供应商提交的电子部件DVP&R
o 在DVP&R制作工程中,向系统工程师提供必要的支持
o 检查系统参数
o 整合电子元件（定义并执行相关的测试）
o 验证电子系统
o 为质量实验室、光隧道和量产前检查,准备对接总线
o 所有电子元件和电子系统的数据,保存在TeamCenter中
 
除上述任务外，还负责解决硬件和软件设计中的问题；开发新供应商；编写(子)项目计划；相关的详细模拟；装配线编程

·具备汽车行业总线系统经验
·良好的编程知识
·具备基本电路设计、模拟、元件尺寸知识
·具备基本的光学、机械及电子知识
·了解电子生产技术
·熟悉IPC A610标准
·具备电子零件生产质量经验
·优秀的英语口语沟通能力
