职位描述：
Responsibilities
- This position will be in charge of change requests from existed projects or small project which starts from the requirement gathering to the deployment on production. It can also be working with other team members for intermediate or large projects.
- Development on leading technology in Microsoft platform
- Actively execute tasks on a given product from development to release, including implementation, unit testing, etc.
- Actively communicate and closely collaborate with other team members

Position Qualifications
Technical skills & experiences
- Working knowledge of web application development on the Microsoft .NET framework.
- ASP.Net and ASP.Net MVC
- C#
- JavaScript, CSS, JQuery and AJAX
- Good knowledge of modern web application development
- Object oriented design principles and patterns
- SQL Server
- Experience with Agile development methodology such as Scrum is a plus
- SharePoint development skills (SP 2010 or SP 2013) is a plus
- Smartphone development skill is a plus

Other qualifications:

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral is a plus
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues
- Ability to work independently, in distributed teams and in Global Projects
- Ability to develop system documentation as part of application development
- Ability to give constructive feedback to improve processes and quality
- Self-motivated
- Result oriented
- Bachelor or Master degree in software engineering, scientific, or engineering subject area and a strong scientific or engineering background in addition would be a distinct advantage considering the application domain
