职位描述：
汇报给高级技术经理，该任职者将要支持和项目相关的计算机终端用户和为计算机终端用户技术团队提供支持，专注于富达全球的虚拟化桌面基础设施的需求

核心职能:
1.与高级技术管理者、产品经理和项目经理一起，协助进行合作堆交叉的技术实施与升级；
2.使用现有产品进行服务升级，避免不必要的新产品购买；
3.遵守安全准则；
4.在团队的职权范围内，支持操作层面的BAU活动。管理问题和事故单，并按要求参加IRBs；
5.积极控制并分析基础设施的表现和能力管理；
6.保证跨部门、跨地域的有效沟通，包括识别新技术、技术壁垒，努力提高整体业务水平
7.各个层面上的高效共同；
8.关键的中心领域是持续的对有需求项目的技术交付和VDI的功能增强，以及计算机终端用户技术团队提供三线技术支持。

工作内容：
1.为开发商和投资分析员高效执行虚拟化桌面测试
2.为所有VDI用户做Skype的最优化
3.虚拟化桌面条款的自动操作（包括对win10 VDAs 的支持）
4.优化QUMU的视频播放
5.全球化VDI的V Realize operations manager 面板的监控

任职需求：

基本技能：优秀的英语听说读写能力

1.VMware vSphere 5.5及以上版本
2.思杰XenDesktop7.6及以上版本
3.WIN7以及更高版本
4.高级powershell脚本编写
5.稀薄客户管理
6.客户终端优化经验

Purpose of your role
Reporting to a Senior Technical Manager, the incumbent will deliver End User
Computing (EUC) related projects as well as provide support for EUC aligned teams / technology, focussing on requirements for Fidelity’s global Virtual Desktop

Key Responsibilities
1.Work with the Senior Technical Management, Product Owners and Project Managers to assist with the implementation and upgrading of technology across the Collaboration stack
2.Help deliver service improvements without unnecessary i***estment in new products by working smarter, provision of better tools and better use of existing product set
3.Adherence to Security Policy surrounding platform standards and provides engineering solutions to that policy as directed by the Security Product roadmap
4.Supports the Operational BAU activities within the teams remits. Manages problem and incident tickets, plus attends IRBs as required.
5.Actively manages and analyses the performance and capacity management of the infrastructure
6.Ensures effective communication across the department and across geographically dispersed teams, including identifying new skills, skills gaps and working to improve overall team knowledge
7.Excellent communication at all levels
8.Key focus areas will be ongoing engineering technical delivery of required projects and VDI enhancements, and 3rd line support for EUC aligned teams / technology.

Current requirements and activity includes:
1.High performance virtual desktop testing for developers and I***estment Analysts
2.Skype for Business optimisation for all VDI users
3.Virtual desktop provisioning automation (including support for Windows 10 VDAs)
4.Qumu video broadcast optimization
5.vROps dashboards for global VDI monitoring

Experience and Qualifications Required:
1.Essential skills
2.Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken

Significant experience with the following:
1.VMware vSphere 5.5 and above
2.XenDesktop 7.6 and above
3.Windows 7 and above
4.PowerShell to an advanced level
5.Thin client engineering
6.End User Experience optimization

Strong experience with the following:
1.GPO design, implementation & support
2.Use and troubleshooting of SCCM 2012 for end user devices (application/build delivery, compliance etc…)
3.Active Directory
4.Remote access technologies and troubleshooting

An understanding or experience of the following products or technologies would be advantageous:
1.SCCM 2012
