职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责落实项目所在区域关于安全生产的法律、法规、标准和规范，以及公司的安全规章制度。
2、配合总部建立和维护公司安全生产管理体系，完善公司安全、环保管理制度、流程，制订年度安全工作规划。
3、编制、审核安全专项方案、安全措施、安全事故应急预案并负责监督实施情况，保证施工生产安全进行。
4、指导并参与项目安全文明工地等创优工作。
5、监督项目实施全过程安全生产，对工程的安全生产、文明施工进行日常现场巡检和检查，发现工程安全问题及时按规定查处，并督促整改，及时向上级汇报。
6、 指导并参与项目安全生产、劳动保护、消防保卫、职业卫生健康工作的宣传、教育和检查工作。
7、负责三级安全教育以及特殊工种的培训、考核工作。
8、负责伤亡事故的调查、处理、统计、分析、报告，并建立档案。
9、负责安全事故年报、月报、安全生产例会组织等日常工作的推进。
10、公司领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、土木工程、建筑工程、安全管理相关专业专科及以上学历。
2、从事现场安全生产管理工作5年及以上，同类岗位工作经验2年及以上。
3、具有较强的沟通能力、组织协调能力、管理控制能力。
4、熟悉安全生产和劳动保护法规、制度和标准。
5、掌握安全生产管理（起重、电气、机械设备、防火等）基本知识和事故预防专业知识和技能。
6、持注册安全工程师证书，或同时具备安全生产考核证书（C证）和中级以上职称。
