The ideal candidate will be tasked with:
1. Development and implementation of a Dalian area strategy in line with the China area strategy
2. Directly manage the freight forwarding operations, business development and sales
3. Establish, Communicate & Implement commercial targets and execution plans for the area in line with budget
4. Manage the teams to meet and exceed the objectives for growth, profitability, productivity and operational excellence
5. Lead in the development of business objectives and direct successful execution strategies throughout enterprise
6. Oversee a successful company culture that embodies the company values
7. Build management depth and talent in the territory
8. Improve company’s competitive position in the market place
9. Develop and maintain high-level relationships with carriers, agents and other suppliers to secure a stable and competitive supply of capacity
10. Arrange regular team and individual meetings to share performance and allow timely corrective actions
