Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals for Aspire Lifestyles.
- Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program.
- Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure our program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization
- Managing third party vendors contributing to the projects
- Support in sourcing, briefing and evaluation of vendors / developers
- Manage providers for quick turnaround time on cost estimates and timeline for development efforts
- Liaise with other departments to ensure the effective and efficient program delivery
- Ensure successful deliverables of the clients’ funded projects (high quality, on time, on brief and within budget) in accordance with the project plan
- To assess & implement cost efficiency improvements on projects and ensure that the projects operate within the approved budget
- Ensure standard processes, security and procedures are followed in accordance with IT Governance standards
Project Management
- Monitoring overall progress, including resolving issues, managing budget and initiating corrective action as appropriate
- Managing risks to the project’s successful outcome, and reporting the progress of the projects at regular intervals to internal and external stakeholders
- Interface with clients and co-ordinate with both internal stakeholders & developers to project manage the end-to-end implementation of digital solutions for clients
- Day-to-day management, detailed monitoring and accountability for tasks and projects within the team.
- Ensures accurate development and traceability of requirements during project lifecycle.
- Manages Aspire Lifestyles onshore and offshore resources assigned to the project.
- Proactive communication and status reporting both to clients and internally.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Financial competency & numerical ability to accurately develop & manage budgets
- Experience of delivering technical, high quality websites and mobile applications to industry standards.
- Program and project management methods, tools and techniques
- Advanced knowledge of project estimation techniques and challenges
- Contract terms and negotiation skills
Required Competencies
- Possess a unique blend of business and technical skills and awareness; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to aggressive deadlines
- Results-oriented approach with a “can-do” attitude
- Passion for continuous improvement and innovation

Required Work Experience
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in Consulting Project Management role(s)
- 5+ years people management experience
- Fastidious levels of attention to detail
- Motivated by monitoring, accuracy and up-to-the-minute status reporting
- Ability to use initiative and self-management skills, with pragmatic and practical approach to tasks and decision making
- Excellent communication & Presentation at all levels, both written and oral
- Solid understanding of project management, methodologies and hands-on experience in managing all aspect of project delivery, including vendor relationship management
- Exposure to agile development processes
- Communications & presentation skills
- Listening skills
- Some sales support skills/ability
- Structure/organisation skills
- Planning skills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
Required Languages
- Mandarin
- English
- Other languages are also highly desirable
Travel / Rotation Requirements
- Travel as needed
- To work at other locations as and when required
- This position can be seconded from time to time for specific strategic projects
