职位描述：
岗位职责：
- 跟进整个项目进程：包括可行性分析、初步设计、基础设计&施工配合等各环节。
- 确保项目按照约定的时间表，预算和质量要求执行。
- 检查和批准可建设报告，施工方案，样品提交，加工图，调试计划，等等，以同时满足质量和工期的要求。
- 积极有效地沟通想法、项目目标和结果。在最少监督的情况下，主动向上级管理层进行工作和情况汇报。
- 监督，检查，审核设计咨询公司或本地设计院在概念设计/初步设计/深化设计阶段按照用户要求/国标/技术规则完成设计工作。
- 对方案分析/解决疑难/设备选择/技术规范编制及工程文件扩展提供技术支持。
- 现场施工质量监督。
- 同最终用户和设施用户协调，落实系统验收和移交。

岗位要求：
- 给排水，热能动力或暖通专业学士学位及以上。
- 5年以上工业工程的经验，包括公用能源系统的设计，施工，质量控制或调试等内容。
- 3年以上在工业项目中给排水，蒸汽和压缩空气系统的设计经验。
- 至少3年在制药/实验室或电子行业工程项目中给排水或公用能源专业工程师的经验。
- 监督/管理设计和施工包商的工作经验。
- 熟知相关国家标准以及部门规范。
- 能够解决一些技术问题并独立工作。
- 具有一定的设备调试方面的经验。
- 出色的组织，沟通，个人工作管理及写作能力。
- 具有项目总体执行流程的知识，了解如何配合政府审批工作的需求。
