Job Responsibilites:
Premium Platform Management:
- Liaison for merchant management and performance tracking and analysis
- Lead Visa concierge merchant program training and daily communication
- Deliver issuer’s level communication materials in time
- Resolve cardholder complaints or other quality issues
- Support new digital fulfillment and upgrade and maintain current ones
- Coordinate Visa premium material translation efforts
- Upload VMROC, Download center etc
- Work with Visa Marketing and CRM and Ads agent to publish offers at Visa and issuers channels
- Ad hoc tasks
 
Status Reports
- Provide Visa detailed status reports that will include, but are not limited to, the following details: accomplishments, issues/resolutions, next steps, risk mitigation update (if applicable) and utilization (hours utilized, remaining hours, budget utilized, budget remaining, percentage completed and earned value reporting), quarterly review reports, etc

Required Skills and Knowledge
- People skill: relationship building and nurturing (both internal and external customers)
- Communicates well, both verbally and in writing English and Chinese
- Computer skill including proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Good foundation of Data Analysis skill
- Working knowledge of H5, Website, Mobile App, APIs etc

Required Work Experience
- Program management experience in a business-to-business environment
- Data analysis work experience
- 5 years’ experience in service industry
- Preferably in luxury goods, lifestyle, internet, or payment industries
 
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Preferably overseas education background
   
Required Languages
- Native Chinese and Fluent English
