职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.Create and analyze finite element models consistent with product use environment.
2.Generate technical reports and present to internal and external customers.
3.Verify (Correlate) simulation results with testing. Demonstrate agreement of simulation with actual measurement.
4.Develop and implement optimization tools to expedite the product development process.
5.Work closely with business unit engineers and communicate between our organization and customer as needed.
6.Support Product Development Cycle and APQP (DFMEA, etc.) .
7.Participate in the development of improved design guidelines consistent with customer requirements.
8.Applies engineering and problem solving methods and tools (FMEAs, 8ds, stress analysis) in resolving engineering design problems.
 9.Perform appropriate level of CAD function to develop design concept.
10. Support and adhere to TA EH&S policies and procedures.
 11. Other duties as assigned.
任职要求：
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2.At least 3 years of Finite Element Analysis and CAD experience required.
3.Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese.
4.Ability to assert yourself, team capability and flexibility as well as a high degree of initiative and personal responsibility.
5.Prior experience with structural NVH, Durability, optimization and automotive exhaust product development strongly preferred, total 3years experience.
6.Experience using the following tools also preferred(HyperMesh/ HyperWork, MSC/NASTRAN, ABAQUS).
7.Basic knowledge/skill of mechanical drawing (CAD software like UG, Catia, AutoCAD).Familiar with MS-Office application. 举报 分享
