职位描述：

Position responsibilities：

Go-live of Sap applications

- Understand the functionalities of SAP application to be released by Corporate IT dept, attending the training course held by the SAP analyst responsible;

-Develop the appropriate training tools (sw manual, e-learning, multimedia training applications, etc.) to train employees involved in the process;

-Under the IT Manager supervision, make and implement a plan for SAP applications go-live;

-Train the people involved;

-Follow the go-live stage, supporting the employees and give feedback to your manager.

-Analyze according to local users and suggest to Corporate IT dept new requirement that need SAP improvements for better manage

Help desk

-Give the first support to employees using SAP applications in the local site, analysing the problem and providing the first help;

-Report to the SAP analyst (located in Corporate IT dept) a detailed description of the problem, the analysis of the root cause, a proposal of corrective/improvement actions to put in place;

Receive and implement the actions decided by SAP analyst (software change release, review of the training tools, training of the employees, etc.)

Position Quest:

-Degree in Computer science, Industrial Engineering.

-3 years in IT dept as SAP analyst or SAP Help desk specialist

-Honest, sincere and good in communication, able to handling the problem in a most efficient way, responsible

-Fluent in English both written & oral, Italian (appreciated).

-Microsoft Office

-SAP ECC6 basic knowledge

-Good knowledge of SAP modules SD, MM-WM, PP

-Appreciated knowledge of SAP modules: HR, QM, FI-COManufacturing process, supply chain management

-Knowledge of SAP SD,MM,PP,FI/CO

-Customer service skill, internal consulting skill

-Skill of document control process, workflow process
