职位描述
The Role
Applying best practices, country specific knowledge, and technical know-how the Solution Lead will ensure
that the solution fits the client’s requirements and specifications.
Delivery Key responsibilities:
Solution Expertise –
· Define and document the overall architecture of the solution, make the correct balance between business, technical and functional requirements and constraints, as well as the compatibility with different application components.
· Provide the Program/Project Manager with an overview of feasibility, viability and overall risk of the solution to be put in place
· Follow up the whole project cycle to ensure the solution meets the architectural requirements, standards and guidelines as established by the design documents
· Validate final solution implemented at the client
· Support in the delivery of solution workshops to clients and the completion of required documentation.
Data Migration –
· Organise and support the data mapping with client and payroll teams (NGA or Third Party Providers)
· Ensure the client fulfil their responsibilities in term of data management, in particular with their data cleansing and data transformation
· Is familiar with data security procedure and requirements of both NGA and the client and ensures these are respected as part of the process
· Pro-actively maintain an action tracker to ensure the issues are cleansed before payroll parallel run testing
· With payroll lead, pro-actively anticipate project data issues and identify gaps in data that requires enhancements
· Evaluate impact of decision on data for the project and post go live BAU and optimise processes
· With the data validation expert, organise the validation and reconciliation points in the data migration process
· Obtain sign off on data migration deliverables from key stakeholders
· Track activities in the local data migration plan and respect timelines
· Assist in cut-over planning
Payroll Consultancy –
· Define and document the payroll solution for the Client in line with defined standards, make the correct balance between business, technical and functional requirements and constraints, as well as the compatibility with different application components
· Validate final solution implemented at the client
· Support in the delivery of solution workshops to clients and the completion of required documentation.
Integrations –
· Define and document the different integrations put in place as part of the project in line with defined standards, make the correct balance between business, technical and functional requirements and constraints, as well as the compatibility with different application components. Provide highest level of quality assurance, ensuring that everything is delivered according to established procedures and standards
· Validate final solution implemented with the client
· Support in the delivery of solution workshops to clients and the completion of required documentation.
Testing and quality assurance–
· Organise and support the execution of unit testing, system and integration testing with relevant stakeholders ( client, partners and internal teams)
· Provide highest level of quality assurance, ensuring that everything is delivered according to established procedures and standards
· Ensure the client fulfil their responsibilities in executing relevant scenarios on their internal environments
· Pro-actively maintain an action tracker to ensure the issues are resolved before payroll parallel run testing
· Evaluate impact of decision on eventual workarounds for the project and post go live BAU and optimise processes
· Obtain sign off on testing deliverables from key stakeholders
· Track activities in the local testing plan and respect timelines
· Assist in cut-over planning
IV. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE | |
Professional / Job Experience | · HR/Payroll Operational Experience is Desirable · At least 3 years experience in a similar role in an outsourcing HR/Payroll or Technology organisation [Desirable] · Demonstrated communication and presentation skills · Experience in deploying services and systems ideally in a Payroll or Technological Setting |
Functional Experience | · Several years of experience with data migration processes, HR solutions and project implementations · Experience in testing services and systems ideally in a Payroll or Technological Setting · Experience delivering client facing workshops |
Academic Degree Education and Training | · Ex Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent · SAP Module training/certification is Desirable |
