职位描述：
Responsibility

1. Perform design-drafting assignments to achieve target data and fulfill project requirements. This includes communication with team members on the ability to meet schedules and contributing in the design process
2. Understand, organize, and provide the peripheral components of a design project for internal customers, as needed, for or beyond the work order definition (i.e., graphics, dimensional information, etc.). This includes the organization and implementation of drawing revisions needed as a result of the work request for or beyond the work order definition.
3. Effective use of time management.
4. Produce Engineering drawings in accordance with ASME Y14.5 standards and Victaulic Company practices
5. Develop design layout skills. These will be utilized for the development of new products, conceptual products, or establishing interference/fit conditions on existing products
6. Development of solid and assembly modeling skills for use in design analysis, for detail drafting, or other processes
7. Comply with internal change control processes. Represent your projects at the Change Control Board proceedings as required
8. Conform to internal data management practices. Have a thorough working knowledge of the internal DM processes and their purposes.
9. Create and maintain Engineering Technical Data Package relationships inside of the product data management system
10.Keep abreast of new and current technologies related to all design, drafting, CAD and manufacturing functions. Continue to develop expertise in VIPER systems and processes, as provided by Victaulic
11.Contribute in departmental process improvements through the use of QWG’s and utilization of QIP problem solving techniques
12.Participate in departmental projects as directed
13.Participate in project estimation, including pre-project data gathering and preliminary project planning
14.Understand and comply with Engineering Design’s departmental work processes
15.Utilize Victaulic’s MRP system to gather product data relating to drafting projects
16.Specific policies and procedures have been established by the Engineering Department to provide for the security and accessibility of electronic data and confidential information. It is the responsibility of the employee, in the daily course of doing business, to follow said policies as they relate to document management (see EOG-26). The extent to which departmental research and development information is stored electronically has vastly increased, and will continue to do so. The new Federal rules pertaining to electronic discovery stipulate that substantive email communications constituted "records" under the Federal Records Act. It is therefore the responsibility of each departmental employee to understand their role in communicating via e-mails and that all e-mails must be written/responded to in a professional manner, as outlined in EOG-26.

Qualification/任职资格

1. College degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering equivalent work-related experience.
大专及以上学历，机械工程或工程类相关专业的专业背景。
2. Experience on a CAD system, Familiar with one of systems in Solidworks, ProE,UG,CATIA, AUTOCAD etc.,Solidworks highly desired.
有相关CAD系统操作经验，熟练掌握Solidworks, ProE, UG, CATIA, AUTOCAD等其中一种，有Solidworks相关经验尤佳。
3. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, CET-4 or higher.
良好的英文读写能力，CET-4以上。
4. Good command of both written and reading Japanese, the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test is prefered
有一定的日语读写能力，日语二级优先
5. 2+ years of drafting experience.
2年以上制图工作经验。
6. Knowledge of engineering design practices/principles.
熟知机械制图及画法几何，机械设计及机械原理。
7. Knowledge and understanding of ASME Y14.5 Standards or GB standards.
熟悉并理解ASME Y14.5或者相应的GB标准。
8. Familiar with Microsoft Office products.
熟悉微软办公软件如office。
9. Positive communication skills and learning ability, combined with ability to work independently.
有积极的沟通能力和良好的学习能力，并具备独立工作的能力。
