Air Import Clerk

Department: Air Import

Report to: Air Supervisor

Responsible for: NIL
Job Purpose:
Do air import daily works.
Minimum Education &
Experience: College or university graduate in any discipline and English level 6.
Level I - With or without related working experience.
Level II - With 1-2 years related working experience.
Level III - With 2-3 years related working experience

Key Accountabilities:
1.. Check all the import record in BB-BOX and tracking all the record to make sure the shpt will arrive at destination in time.
2. Received SI from consignee and send it to origin office.
3. To push the third party at airport to release the documents or cleared & delivered daily shpt to consignee in time.
4. To attend to customer request and ensure it meet their expectation.
5. Ensure the S.O.P are adhere and compliance accordingly.
6. To develop good rapport with the customers.
7. Ensure all discrepancies shipments are promptly executed and feedback to customers and origin.
8. Ensure all shipments are proper recorded, keyed and updated in the CFIT system.
9. Ensure all freight charges are correctly collected and account for.
10. Ensure all POD status are answered upon request.
11. Ensure wrong rates are amended by origin accordingly to customer profile.



Working Conditions:

1. No more than normal physical effort or positional stress required.
    Intermittent walking, sitting or standing with normal expenditure of energy.

2.Good working conditions, almost complete absence of disagreeable elements.
