职位描述：
1 Technical Tasks:
Project work
-Supervising the execution of task packages pursuant to the project structure plan
-Determining and updating the logistics costs (costs of customer packaging, various forms of internal packaging, transport, special delivery formats)
-Packaging planning for parts manufactured in-house, purchased parts and manufactured goods
-Planning/coordination/implementation of the material flow and the provision of materials to individual workplaces with process development and manufacturing
-Determining the logistics area requirements from the customer projects for implementation in the plant planning
-Determination of the loading requirements for the budgetary planning
-Punctual purchasing of the packaging needed in the projects

Proportion of annual working time: 20 %

Technology projects, plant planning, KVP
-Completion and supervision of technology projects to improve the logistics processes
-Co-configuration of the material flow in the plant as part of the plant planning
-Collaboration in projects for optimizing the processes in the series logistics in order to increase competitiveness

Proportion of annual working time: 25%

Hardware and software planning for logistics
-Completion of and/or cooperation with IT projects originating from customer requirements (special delivery formats such as JIS, JIT, LLZ, milk-run, ...) and/or collaboration with projects to optimize the flow of information

Proportion of annual working time: 5 %

2 Functional Qualifications:
-Completed education/training focusing on logistics / supply chain
-Management or a vocational training college/technical college graduate with appropriate professional experience
-Lean manufacturing / logistics know-how
-Material flow
-Information flow
-VSD
-Package design experience
-Experience in managing staff and/or in project management in an industrial company
-Logistic lean management skill is a plus
-Training ability
-Team management
-Very good IT user skills
-Very good at in using Excel formula
-Knowledge of ERP system
-Very good knowledge of English

-作为工厂计划的一部分，协调厂内物料流的布局
