- Good expertise in providing L2/L3 support across a set of applications.
- Talk to users in Japanese language for data collections/ clarifications required for Ticket resolution.
- Analyse code (written in Japanese language) and provide quick resolution for tickets raised.
- Very Good Communication and Client interfacing Skills.
- Will work with Offshore team in India to ensure Incidents/ Service request resolution are managed within SLA.
- Will report into Regional Service Delivery Managemer
- Ensure process/ guidelines laid down as per AVM process are strictly adhered.
