Business Development Manager (Beijing)
The Position:
This is a sales role working to develop business with MNCs from various business sectors within China. There are positions open in the EMI (Energy, Mining & Infrastructure) sector and the Corporate (non-EMI) sector.

The sales professional will build and sell comprehensive medical and security solutions to support MNCs expatriate and Chinese employee populations. Solution services include global assistance, clinic services, medical & security consulting, and onsite medical support solutions for MNCs who have operations in mainland China and/or Chinese employees traveling abroad.

The successful candidate will be able to educate decision-makers on the need for medical and security risk management services; highlight by case examples and support of technical experts, the client’s operational risks and convince them of the merits of implementing a comprehensive solution.
The Candidate:
? Very strong English and Chinese language ability (written and oral)
? 5+ years working with a multinational company in a solution sales role.
? Demonstrated ability to close new business
? Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage existing renewal business
? Ability to work cross-functionally to close business
? Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong short, mid and long term pipeline.
? Experience in solutions and strategic selling.
? Experience with both short and long sales cycles.
