Position Title: Head of Sales
Business Unit: Industrial
Division: A&S
Working Location: open
Reporting Relationship: Report to GM
Purpose of the Job:
- Promoting and selling production programmes of Machinery in China
- Monitor and collecting market information and digging out potential customers and new projects
- Establishing and maintaining closed business relationship with target customers
Key Result Areas
- Drive to meet the result from business plan and cost budget and/or giving reasonable explanations on deviation
- Building and maintaining good relations with customers and principals
- Improving product knowledge
- Reducing the cost involving in the sales activities
- Assisting principals in preparing of the trade show and seminars
Job Responsibilities:
- Present and sell MES in China
- Prepare sales plan, time table and resources to set priorities in order to meet target
- Solicit concrete enquires and identify sales possibilities for our products
- Closely follow up pending projects
- Build rapport and maintain good relationship with customers and end users
- Liaise with principals and customers to satisfy both needs
- Be responsible for accounts management from sales forecast to business development
- Assist in conduct marketing research, data collection and business analysis
Basic Requirements:
- University or college graduate, preferably with industrial engineering background or related discipline
- Over 7 years of sales experience particularly in Machinery industry;
-Proficiency in written & spoken English;
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, word, PPT)
Knowledge and Skills:
- Familiar with market of Machinery industry and end products
- Networking in the Machinery industry
- Good knowledge in Machinery industry
- Experience in preparing contract and order execution
- Strategic and solution sales capability
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer relationship
- Adopt changes
- Business communication and presentation skills are required
- Strategic thinking and good initiatives who can work independently and proactively within business strategy and direction
- Project management skill
