Gatan China is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to fill the position of Sales Account Manager.
This role reports to China Sales Manager. The primary objectives are to (1) fully engage in sales and marketing activities, support external channels and (2) grow the sales in the territory through winning market share and expanding towards new accounts.
Key Responsibilities
? Accountability for bookings, revenue, maintaining company set margins
? Drive the engagement with existing key accounts
? Directly and through external channels discovering new accounts, finding new opportunities, mapping out relevant stakeholders and ensuring decision makers are met with the appropriate agenda
? Monitoring distributor engagement and activity levels of end-users interactions; information sharing and reporting; providing training and support; furnishing marketing activities
? Campaign support – workshops, seminars organization, presentation
? Maintaining and frequently updating company CRM system with customers and opportunities information
? Technical sales support/training of external channel and customers
? Analyze the customers’ workflow and look for gaps
Skills
- Require at least 3 years working experience in selling EM related products
- Fluent in spoken and written English (business level)
- Good inter-personal communication and organizational skills
- Willing to learn new job related skills
Qualification
- Successful track record of selling
- Bachelor degree in science subjects; advanced degree a plus
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently
- Frequent domestic travels required (~ 70%), and occasional international travels
