Overall Responsibility

主要责任

 

1. Be familiar with the process of laser welding

熟悉激光焊接工艺

 

2. Can independent operation and adjustment jig, also master CNC programme.

能独立操作激光焊接机和调试工装，并且精通CNC编程

 

3. Can solve normal welding defect.

能处理常见的焊接缺陷

 

4. To supervise production in the requirements of the control plan.

监督生产部门执行控制计划的要求

 

5. Provides periodic data to supervisors.

提供定期的监控数据

 

6. Oversees welding process, such as process simulation and improvement.

监督焊接过程，例如过程模拟与改进

 

7. Update and perfect welding work instruction.

更新和完善焊接工作指导书

 

Qualification Requirement

资格要求

1. Education Background:教育背景：

bachelor or above

本科或以上学历

 

2. Working Experience:工作经验：

Minimum 5 years’ experience on laser welding process and familiar with industrial material .Experienced in Industrial management.

5年以上经验的激光焊接工作经验，熟悉工程材料的性能。

 

3. Special Knowledge & Skills:知识和特殊技能：

Strong Leadership abilities.

有较强的领导能力。

Good communication skills.

良好的沟通技巧

Strong trouble shooting & analytical skills.

强大的故障排除及分析技能

Self-motivation and pressure resistance.

自我激励和耐压性。

Strong team player and leadership.

强大的团队合作精神和领导能力

Proficient in Microsoft Office application such as Word, Excel etc.. and Cad application such as ACAD, Pro-E, Solidwork, etc

精通Microsoft Office应用程序，如Word，Excel等。和CAD应用程序，如ACAD，PRO-E，SOLIDWORK，等。

Good English written and spoken skill will be preferable.

良好的英语书面和口语技能优先
