工作职责：
1. Support of the service team for preparation of quotations to customers, to communicate with the customer and internal related department for the quotation as well as the coordination and follow up of the order execution.
2. Administrative support of the service/sales office in Shanghai, including, but not limited to such as make reimbursement settlement, working hours and cost calculation, etc.,
3. Responsible for ERP data input and follow up for projects
4. Preparation of performance data for sales (quotation hit rate, project status, order income…)
5. Writing/translation of business letters/documents
6. Communication with intern/external business partners.

经验要求：
1. University degree, with a major in Engineering, or equivalent qualification will be preferable.
2. Working experience in the similar function, preferable in heavy machinery industry.
3. Fluent spoken and writing ability of English. German speaking to be considered with priority.
4. Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP or SAP.
