Advanced Specialist Tax Compliance Accounting

Corporate Division Corporate Finance

Division, located in Shenyang/China

Employment – full time

Tasks

• Be involved in all export business proactively, especially for the new business scope such as F52,G38/28, engine components, HV batteries, complete engines, to shape and set up the compliance management on export tax refund to ensure the refund holiday to be enjoyed by BBA

• To ensure the proper implementation of export tax refund according to new tax regulations

• Steer all government audit, investigate tax policy on government’s focus, and coordinate with internal related departments

• Align the tax opinion with BMW/Brilliance group for the same topic

• Prepare countermeasures for those findings and evaluate it in risk management view

Key Responsibilities

• Be involved in all export business and give tax opinion, especially for the new business such as F52, G38/28, etc.

• Steer all of the audit/evaluation from governments, investigate their focus to grasp the key points proactively

• Responsible for related parties judgement and following up

• Prepare the annual related parties transactions reports and align with accounting report

• TP documentations management eg.TP reports, contracts archive, group alignment record etc.

• Other miscellaneous and temporary works per request

Qualifications

• University degree/graduated in accounting and finance, tax or economics related subjects

• Excellent financial and business analytical skills, including a degree in Accounting/Finance or any other business related discipline

• Professional tax skills (qualified tax professional or equivalent), with experience in Big 4 CPA firm preferred, and understanding of PRC tax principles

• Minimum of 3 years tax experience in TP area a professional service environment

• Having strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex data

• Ability to make clear recommendations based on a sound assessment of advice and information gathered

• Proficiency with English fluently (verbal and written). Excellent communication skill and team work spirit; Strong analytical ability

• Skills with excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; software SAP, quick learner with flexibility

• Competency of tax regulations and sense in automotive industry, Strong sense of responsibility and urgency and be able to work under great pressure

• Proficient English, German would be an advantage

• Experience with tax or finance departments position

• Relevant experience (including advisory) in a Transfer Pricing
