Advanced Specialist Technical Training

Corporate Division Corporate HR & Strategy
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

• Manage the consistent training and qualification solution of IT, Purchasing, Project management for all the BMW entities in China


• To support and ensure the training and qualification, one training specialist is needed to fulfill all the business requirement

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the training concept for IT, Purchasing, Project management


• Consolidate all the technical training requirement from Corporate Finance SY, Building and Facility Management, Purchasing & QMT, and Corporate Quality


• Develop customized departmental training solution for all BMW China entities with qualified vendors and internal resource as the COC of Purchasing, Project management, IT


• Monitor training and qualification status and report training result


• Support and consult as a learning partner for Corporate Finance, Building and Facility Management, Purchasing & QMT, and Corporate Quality to ensure the associates' qualification

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and above is required, graduated in HR or other related major is preferred; and any certification about powertrain is preferred


• Profound Knowledge of training needs analysis, planning, organization, system, curriculum design and delivery


• Knowledge of project management


• Knowledge and understanding of implementing training operation and principles


• Proficient design PPT skill and presentation skill


• Proficient English


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Excellent analyzing and planning skills


• IT, Purchasing, Project management related knowledge and experience


• Background in training development, 4-6 Years


• Experience with project management, 1-3 Years
