职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1. Auxiliaries, Services and all non-production material inquiring, price comparison and negotiation
2. Materials delivery status following up
3. Materials quality control, taking responsible for materials replacement and returning
4. New project indirect material purchasing support
5. Supplier performance control and relationship maintain
6. Contract establishment and management
7. Support Purchasing Manager and team leader for other daily works
Requirement：
1. Above 5years buyer/purchaser role experience in manufacturing company
2. Be familiar with purchasing working process
3. Supplier management skill highly required
4. Great sourcing ability for new materials or new categories needed
5. Problem investigation and analysis ability needed. Problem solving and innovation skill preferred, focus on solutions instead of all problems escalation
6. Strong cross-functional department communication skill required
7. Ability to gather and analyse statistical data and generate reports
8. Have good knowledge with government PPE or chemicals policies, ensure all the material orders shall be applied legally.
9. Could work under tight timeline and high working load pressure
10. Fluent spoken and written mandarin.
11. Could use English as working communication method
12. Could use Excel & Word &PPT and other office software as working tool
