职位描述：
工作内容 work content
1.) 建立一个项目组并分工; Establish a project team and divide the work
2.) 跟踪项目进展情况，监督项目组成员的工作进度； Follow up the project progress, supervision the team member job schedule;
3.) 组织召开项目会，分析现在的情况并解决存在的问题; Establish regular project meetings to review the status and coordinate to solve problems
4.) 参与图纸及合同评审; Attent evaluation meeting of drawings and contracts
5.) 编制 并跟踪APQP策划表; Issue and follow up APQP planning form
6.) 完成并和客户签订“材料替代单”Confirm and follow up "local material substitution request" at the customer
7.) 编制人工及设备规划表;Issue the requirement forms for workers and equipment
8.) 召开最终项目会议，并签订移交生产的协议书(要求生产部门必须签字并解决现存的问题。) Proceed a final project meeting with hand over protocol to production (production has to sign or request solving open issues in written)
9.) 跟踪进度并在必要时给予供应商足够的支持; Follow up and support supplier problems if necessary;
10.) 支持前期组装匹配工作(PVS,0批量..) Support pre serial production (PVS, 0-Serias..)


任职条件qualifications
1.教育程度Education：
机械制造、焊接、塑性变形等相关专业，大学专科或以上学历, Machinery manufacturing,
 welding, plastic deformation, and other related professionals, college degree or above,
2.年龄要求Age：
年龄50周岁以下；Age under the age of 50,
3.专业知识 Professional knowledge：
精通机械加工、冲压、焊接工艺Proficient in machining, stamping, welding process
4.基本技能Basic skill：
具有初级以上外语水平。熟练运用办公、设计软件；有较强的组织、沟通、协调能力；
With foreign language level or above. Good command in office software, design,
 Strong organizational, communication, coordination,
5.相关经验Experience：
3年以上汽车行业项目管理工作经验；Above 3 years working experience in automobile
industry project management
6.所需证书Certificate：：
熟悉QS9000或TS16949或VDA6.3质量标准体系；Familiar with TS16949 or QS9000 or VDA6.3

7.其他要求Others：
