POSITION SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for ADM business in China for the Advanced Deposition Materials platform within the Advance Materials SBU. In addition, as a technical sales specialist it will be necessary to meet with customers to inform them of the benefits of using our products, articulating our differentiation and IP position, Furthermore, the position requires the ability to understand the customer’s technical requirements, and be able to accurately communicate the information to the appropriate Market Managers, engineers or R&D teams. This position will also to facilitate the ordering and delivery of experimental samples to the ADM development partners. In this role the position will need to closely work with the Supply Chain organization and the customers to estimate forecast to avoid the supply issue.
This position will play a significant role in establishing the sales strategy in China.
The position is based in China.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Duties Include but are not limited to:
? Maintain and grow ADM business as sales representative
? Manage current distributors, understand, develop and make recommendations on alternative sales channels for future ADM business
? Call customers directly to collect customers’ and competitors’ intelligence
? Work with Strategic Marketing and Marketing teams to promote ADM products to end customers
? Respond to customer requests for product & technical information
? New sample shipment arrangement including necessary documentations such as SDS..
? Compiling and maintaining monthly, quarterly and yearly sales figures
? Maintain customer and China market information


JOB REQUIREMENTS

?
? Bachelor degree or higher, science or engineering background is preferred
? > 5 year experience of electronic materials space. Sales or marketing experiences to China IC (Integrated Circuit) manufacturers is preferred.
? Strong spoken and written Mandarin and English language skills
? Proven ability to develop relationships
? Knowledge of semiconductor materials and processes
? Hands-on experience in technical marketing, commercial negotiations, business planning, strategy development and execution
? Strong teamwork spirit and inter-personal communication and influencing skills
? Well-disciplined in traveling alone to visit customers 举报 分享
