职位描述：
Reporting to the Head of Capabilities and Fulfilment for your region, your role will comprise overall responsibility for ensuring consistent, cost-effective and full completion of data collection projects for your assigned market segments.
You will collaborate with colleagues in various other functions to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, that the client is satisfied, that vendor and partner relationships are maintained, and that the overall gross margin on a project meets or exceeds targets, while complying with all relevant regulations and best practices.
Within your assigned area of responsibility, you will act as an advisor on feasibility of target sample quotas to the Account Executives as they bid on studies to our clients.
You will have decision making ability on the best blend of fieldwork approaches for fulfilling sample quotas on all projects fielded within your area of responsibility...
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver completed project quotas on time, with client satisfied, meeting cost targets
· Choose between allocating resources to either reactive or pre-emptive engagement
· Choose between allocating sample quotas to either internal (engagement centres) or external (suppliers and strategic partners) resources
· Work with team members in Engagement Centres to ensure delivery of the quotas they have been allocated
· Interact with current suppliers and partners on live studies to ensure optimal progress
· Negotiate prices with suppliers on ad hoc studies where no fixed price agreement is in place
· Vet and onboard new suppliers to continue to enrich the network of available suppliers
· Estimate study feasibility based on capabilities of available internal and external resources
· Maintain up to date information in the company’s online feasibility knowledge base
· APAC and Latin America: Conduct Business Development with local companies in your designated area and act as project manager on any studies sold.
Key Skills:
· Fluent written and spoken English
· Fluent written and spoken Korean
· Excellent project management skills
· Excellent written and communication skills
· Experience of being responsible for delivering market research field research projects
· Proven experience of communicating with vendors and clients at all levels
· Proven experience of trouble shooting problems on the job
