职位描述：
岗位职责(responsibilities):
1、 对机电工程项目实施策划、协调和管理；
Be responsible for MEP project planning, coordination and management.
 2、管理大型项目，包括对项目成本费用的控制管理；
Manage large scale projects, including budget control.
3、负责交付成果质量控制；
Be responsible for quality control of all deliverable tasks.
4、 协调各专业顾问、设计单位及承建单位的工作；
coordinate with professional consultants, design institutes and contractors.
5、 负责项目的招投标工作技术支持；
Be responsible for the project bidding technology support.
6、参与制定和执行公司对机电工程项目的策略和决策；
participation and implement the strategies and policies of MEP projects.
7、协负责人管理机电团队。
Assist leader to manage MEP team.
职位要求（Requirements:）：
1、机电类相关专业（建筑机械工程、电力电气工程、、暖通工程、给水排水工程、）本科学历；A Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering or P&D Engineering, which university is accredited by National Ministry of Education；
2、10年或以上机电工程相关工作经验，5年以上类似岗位工作经历
 At least 10 years relevant experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, 5 years working experience in similar position，
3、具备机械/电气/设备工程工程师职称；
      Chartered Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical or building services engineering.
4、熟悉机电工程项目的运作，具备对机电工程进度、质量、安全、成本各方面进行全面控制的能力；Be familiar with the management of MEP projects, with the ability of controlling project schedule, quality, safe ,cost. 举报 分享
