Major Tasks and Activities:
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary team with local/ overseas E & M consultants and contractors, take projects from inception through to completion
- Support the design and installation of E & M services of large-scale mixed-used development projects
- Liaise with utilities and government regulatory bodies
- Prepare budgets and resources planning; select and recommend local and overseas consultants/ contractors, ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specifications
- Support critical appraisals and viable proposals for technical and functional standards of design and construction
- Review contractor/ consultant submissions and shop drawings and implement environmental initiatives
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical / Mechanical related disciplines with relevant working experiences (Fresh graduates with excellent learning skills and solid knowledge of engineering systems will also be considered)
- Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently interpersonal skills
- Good written skills in English and Putonghua
