云霄雅苑中餐厅经理:
岗位职责:
1.负责餐厅餐饮服务等管理工作;
2.负责推广美食销售,根据市场情况不同需要制订促销计划,如推出有特色的美食节、时令菜式及饮品等;
3.负责本部门员工的岗位业务培训,督促餐厅抓好培训工作,提高全员业务素质;
4.建立良好的公共关系,广泛听取和搜集宾客及其他部门的意见,处理投诉,不断改进工作等。
任职资格:
1.三年以上五星级酒店餐厅或高端会所管理经验,熟知餐饮管理流程,具有高度的责任感和耐心细致的工作作风,良好的英语沟通能力;
2.具有良好的工作计划能力、组织经营活动能力、激励职工能力、产品创新能力、信息沟通能力、培训能力、处理顾客投诉和解决问题的能力
3.熟悉食品卫生和预防食物中毒的知识,熟悉各种食品原料的产地和季节特点。精通各国酒水的质量标准、制作特点、产地与年限。熟知各种酒水的服务方法与技巧。熟悉各种餐饮服务方法与技巧,具备餐厅筹划能力,餐饮服务设计能力.

Sky Club Restaurant Manager
Job Description:
1.Responsible for restaurant food service management,
2.Responsible for promoting food sales,make promotion plan based on different market situation,
3.Responsible for staff training, urging restaurant training work, improve the overall service quality,
4.Establish good public relations, listen and collect views of guests and other departments, dealing with complaints.
Qualification:
1.Above three years of a five-star restaurant or a high-end club management experience, knowledge of restaurant management processes, with a high sense of responsibility and a patient and meticulous work style, good English communication skills,
2.With good planning and organizational skills, ability to motivate employees, product innovation, information, communication, training and handling customer complaints and problem-solving skills,
3.Familiar with knowledge of food hygiene and the prevention of food poisoning, familiar with the characteristics of food ingredients and season. Master of national wine quality standards, production characteristics, origin and age. Familiar with all kinds of food and beverage service methods and skills, the restaurant planning ability, food and beverage service design capabilities
