Department Introduction: As the main component of Genpact global key strategy “Smart Decision Service”, Analytics dept. set up and development will be main focus for Genpact China. Globally, Genpact Analytics is very mature, we serve for global top clients in various industries, e.g. CPG & Retail, Finance, Pharmacy & Health care, Manufacturing, Business Service, etc. We have around 3500 employees, and our annual revenue is around $200Million. We offer a broad portfolio of core enterprise and industry specific services, covering Sales and Marketing analysis, Market research, Campaign design & management, Finance Risk analytics, Supply chain analytics and so on, can deliver end to end analytics and business development solution.

Report Line: Senior Manager – Analytics and Market

Responsibilities:

1. Support Project Manager to gather client requirements, delivery projects on time and on quality, and present to client management team
2. Support BD to win new deals, understand client business issues, customize solution, prepare proposal

Requirements:

1. 3+ years working experience in Marketing analysis, or CRM analysis, e.g. Customer Segmentation, Churn Predictive Modeling, Response Modeling, Campaign Management etc
2. 2+ years CPG / FMCG / Retail / Ecommerce / Tele-communication / Retail FS industry focus, especially in marketing / sales department, famous foreign brands is value added
3. Business Consulting experience is preferred
4. Solid client facing & communication experience
5. Deep experience in structured problem solving
6. Major in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields.
7. Proficient in SAS/SPSS, advanced SQL Skills
8. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
9. Good oral and written English
10. Learn fast, diligent, team work, creative thinking
