职位描述：
Responsibilities：
Establish the project cash flow and monitoring system,
Apply finance guidelines and concepts to manage and control investments,
Reporting to the site construction Manager all sources of contract expenditures against the
appropriate budget allocations,
Follow-up on the PR creation, PO creation and landing of the assets,
Develop the Cost baseline by analysing the CBS and its constraints. Manage contingencies and
budget transfers. Provide analyses through simulations and report conflicts and discrepencies
Provide information on the finalcial status of the project, actual costs against budget, cash flow,
forecasing of the anticipated cost needed to complete the project,
Preparing all necessary cost reports for the customer and the site construction Manager,
Managing the project trend register and to report on trends to the site construction Manager
Coordinate and tracking approval of Contractor Progress Payment Request
Key Quality：
Practical use of EPOCH
Basic knowledge of construction engineering
Be capable of working as a team member, integrated with the
other engineers in Michelin Project Management Team,
English spoken and written,
Working with preciseness
Qualification：
College degree on engineering or finance.
5 years of working experience on construction projects,
